When I click on a users name to open their profile such as example.com/users/Josh/ I get a page with this error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”

What could be causing this problem?

I found the problem which was a plugin that edits profile pictures however something is still wrong. This is what the page looks like now https://i.imgur.com/YlLDFSQ.png
just the text on the background. How can I make the content boxed like the forum index here https://i.imgur.com/IOrKwkE.png or like the profiles here in the bbpress website?
