Changing name to Forum link.

Hi hopefully someone can help and point me in the right direction because i have spent hours searching and can see it could be hours & hours more so any help much appreciated.
I am trying to reword the one of the menu links from the buddypress group. But as said i cannot find the file to which it is written. Please help
