Is it possible to change the order of topics?

Robin, I am using bbp style pack, but I don’t see how to re-order topics on a forum page.

OK. I see how to change topic order using pre-defined orders in bbp style pack.
But I was hoping to be able to just move them up or down.
Is that possible?

you can pin topics to the top of the list by making them sticky
