Hello,
I just installed bbPress and am developing locally but when I create a new Topic from the front-end I get the following error:
ERROR: Are you sure you wanted to do that?
I’m not trying to do anything fancy (no sticky, no tags, no email subscription) and I checked using Twenty Eleven and had the same problem. I also updated the permalinks.

WordPress 3.5.1.
bbPress 2.3.2

I’d be most grateful if someone could shed some light on this.

What troubleshooting have you done?

Deactivate all plugins other than bbPress and switch you theme (temporarily) to TwentyTwelve – does that fix the issue?

I did as you suggested and got the same message. Funnily enough when I went to update the permalinks I got the same one so I’m thinking I’ll search the core and see where that specific message comes from.

If you have any other troubleshooting strategies I’m all ears.

It seems to be a nonce problem but I don’t know what to do about it.
