Can't access admin

    I downloaded the plugin Mass user delete due to a spam attack. I was able to install it uncompress it and login through the admin. After I logged out I cannot log back in. I keep getting a 500 internal server error.

    It was the registration approve plugin. Deleted it and now I can log in.
