Hi, I’m looking to create a site that mimics this site’s functionalities: https://guitarpatches.com/index.php

So what I need is to be able to let people upload specific file types without being logged in.
Listing all the files with whatever description/categories/tags and having the possibility for people to leave a rating, like a 5 stars style rating system, and leave comments.

Or do I even need a BB type plugin to be able to do that?
