Can BBpress be used for a non wordpress site.

I have a PHP site http://www.stemcellcure.in and http://www.cellmedicaltourism.com . I want to add forums and comment functionality to my websites. Can bbPress be used for these sites?

No, bbPress only functions as a WordPress plugin.
