Bulk remove very slow!!

My forum has 1000K posts and 70k forums.
When i do a bulk remove it for 10 posts this works VERY, VERY slow, even when i remove 10 posts it take almost 5 minutes to remove.
I’ve tuning my website with many tools like caching, optimizing etc.
This is unworkable. Please help
