Users are posting replies but when saving the reply is blank. What could be happening here?

so are you able to replicate this, is it all replies, some replies, all users, some users?

Some users- some get permission error. This worked previously but then I changed the WP site address from staging to the actual address. Ultimate Member is also installed. Many variables, I know.:(

try

dashboard>settings>permalinks and just click save – this resets the permalinks and may help

Looks like it was a recent update- message received from the developers.
