Blank Registration Success and Password Reset pages

When registering a new account, the registration page does not redirect to the registration-success.php page. Instead, the page remains on registration.php, but only loads the header. Nevertheless, the account is created and the temp password is emailed to the user.
Likewise, when using the password reset form the page does not redirect, but the password is reset and email to the user.
It seems like these two issues may be linked.
