Hi,

I recently saw that all of my forums and reply pages won’t open. The only thing that opens now is the first page of the forum. The others open only in blank page.

Moreover, when I discovered the issue, I deactivated and re-activated all of my plugins, I have reinstalled the bbPress plugin, I have deactivated all of the plugins except bbPress and I have reindexed the permalink but nothing fixed the issue.

I mention that I have created forums and that there are hundreds of replies in there. Also, I’m using the latest version of bbPress on the latest version of WordPress.

try

dashboard>settings>permalinks

You don’t need to change anything, just click save.

This forces wordpress to re-write and sometimes fixes these sorts of issues.

Hi,

I would like to add some details to the original post. So, apparently, the issue is only with forum categories (e.g. https://itutorial.ro/forums/forumuri/iphone-ipad-ipod-si-ios/ ). Both the main page and topic pages are opening (e.g.https://itutorial.ro/forums/ ; https://itutorial.ro/forums/subiect/notificare-sosire-mail/#post-57005 ).

The issue occurs for both the admin account and visitors. It is very annoying because it neither lets readers open new topics nor find the existing ones…

May someone help me with this issue, please?

P.S. I have already tried the permalink trick, but does not seem to resolve my issue.

Same Problem here on http://www.openandromaps.org

Calling the Kategorie “support”:
http://www.openandromaps.org/en/oam-forums/forum/support-english
in http://www.openandromaps.org/en/oam-forums
results in an empty page =
“Die Verbindung zum Server wurde zurückgesetzt, während die Seite geladen wurde.”

All Topics still exists behind eg:

France_South (2016-11-05) seems corrupted

All other categories are working.

I tried the usual things, disabled all plugins, reset permalinks, aso.
I cant find any suspect things in the server logs.

Any possible ways to solve this?

Just accessed and it went from 0 to having topics as I was looking !

I created a new Forum, moved Topics from old to new Forum, done

@kech61, can you, please, tell me exactly what you did to fix the issue?

I mention that I’ve created a new forum (Forums > Create new Forum), but I cannot access it either. If I choose Tools > Forums > Reset forums, I’ll lose all the topics and replies (I mention that I have already exported them on my computer but I don’t know if I would be able to restore them on a new, functional forum)?
