Awesome:
“Seemingly non-notable software.”
You can’t really blame them, since bbPress is pretty much abandoned right now with no serious wide-spread usage.
Ah poor bbPress, you are branded as “Seemingly non-notable software” by someone seemingly non-knowledgeable about web and software industry.
You can’t really blame them, since bbPress is pretty much abandoned right now with no serious wide-spread usage.
What makes you think it’s been abandoned?
The Fins must think bbPress is notable:

i really don’t know what to say
well, seems like two admins from wikipedia (Fastily, Rjd0060) don’t like bbpress (or had bad experience with it), to be honest, bbpress is in a hibernating mode, however, this doesn’t mean to delete it from wikipedia
bbPress still deleted from Wikipedia
bbPress’s article was deleted for a SECOND time a year later.
Someone had re-created a quality article in late 2009 and it was deleted again in February 2010 (originally first deleted in 2008).
buddyPress only has a couple thousand installs and bbPress has ten thousand.
Yet buddyPress’s article remains.
It’s politics and it’s stupid.

I still think it’s lame they deleted the article.
bbPress has its problem, so has any software.
OMG.. is this true? thanks for the share.
