Hello,
I just updated to the bbPress 2.5 version and now Im wondering where the settings tab is located?
I cannot find it on the left side of the backend and neither on the WP-plugin site.

In the WordPress dashboard on the left side, there was the “Forum” tab which is gone now and I cannot set up anything for the bbpress plugin now.
How can I fix this?

Try going to tools > forums and then recalculate the permissions, see if that works for you.

there is no “forums” section in the tools section.

I would try disabling plugins one by one to see if there is a plugin conflict, I notice quite a few plugins enabled in your admin.
