Go to bbpress.css and find:

#bbpress-forums div.bbp-forum-author img.avatar, #bbpress-forums div.bbp-topic-author img.avatar, #bbpress-forums div.bbp-reply-author img.avatar {
border: 1px solid #CCCCCC;
}
