Ask question widget button

Hi, i have small problem. I just create site where users can ask for questions and specialists reply them. I need put to sidebar button, which redirect user to reply form in category where user right now is.
I have a lot of sidebars for each category. For examle there: http://www.poradse.cz/f/auto-moto/pneumatiky/ (blue button with text ,,položte otázku” in sidebar)
