    dashboard>settings>forums and look for anonymous

    well you have some sort of pop up doing this – not part of bbpress,it may be part of your theme or another plugin you are running?

    if i am not connected i have no way to post but for some reasons the spammer did…

    so is the spammer showing as an actual user ? ie is in

    dashboard>users

    it looks like new users can simply register and then post?

    I have google capcha “not a robot”
    unregistered user can’t post
    looks like a bug in bbpress since no plugin are active for user…

    if you can produce a set of replicable steps, then I’ll happily look.

    bbpress is installed on over 300,000 sites, and I’ve not seen this being reported in over 7 years of moderating.

    ok, so I belive there is a bug somewhere and i ll try to find out…

    that’s great – as I say if you can produce a series of steps that are repeatable, then I can look further
