just a couple things I noticed playing around with the different user types:
• moderators have rights to edit content but not users (duh) however a moderator’s admin pages show all the user tabs with (defunct) edit links.
• if a user was tagged a bozo, posts in a topic, and is then untagged, any subsequent posts in the same topic are still marked as bozo.
