Add Profile Fields button missing? Edit profile not working too

When I go to buddypress tab in admin panel, then click profile fields there is no option to add or change any profile fields isn’t there supposed to be an add button?
If not how would I edit the profile fields?
Also when if I try to edit my profile from the members/admin/profile/edit/group/1
area in the members section it gives me a 404 error. Any idea what is happening?
