Thanks for everyone’s help, I could not figure out why it won’t recognize the same user. I could sign-up with the same e-mail address on both install. I decided to just stick with one. Much easier this way.

I got it to go under the same database, however, when I log in http://www.example.com/forum1 it works, but when I log into http://www.example.com/forum2 under the same database, with the same username and password, it says username does not exist.
Any idea?
