    UPDATE————–

    I tried to upgrade that contributor to Author, Editor and Admin but no use.

    I tried to upgrade its Forum role to Moderator, no use.

    Tried to upgrade it to Keymaster, works.

    so I think it’s a problem about forum capacity, so the issue should be:

    >>HOW TO ALLOW PARTICIPANTS UPLOAD FILES THROUGH IN-FORUM MEDIA BUTTON.<<
