When I try to access the page using “http/websiteurl/chats”, it displays the default forum page (without heading) after adding the forum root ‘chats’.

The screenshot I provided is only for your reference regarding Method 1.

I have created a forum page with the URL ‘/chats’ and titled it “Forums”. Also, I have added a heading to the page and inserted the shortcode ([bbp-forum-index]) directly below it. Additionally, I removed the root slug option in the Forum settings page and left it as a blank field, saving the changes. As a result, the root slug was automatically generated as ‘forums’.

    is it correct?

After checking the settings, I realized that I have only used custom links /chats/ in the menu and have not created any pages for forum.

I believe that Method 1 was used to create the forum page, but I cannot find any pages associated with this name in the WordPress pages section.
