…but I don’t agree with @johnjamesjacoby – with that filter BuddyPress is no longer overwriting my language files, bbpress is doing it.

That «Topic Description» (NOT «Forum Description») is part of form-topic.php of that theme (Line 82)!…
Just updated to 2.1.1 – «Topic Description» is still not in the pot-File…
