Found the problem – there was just a page created with the same name (my coworker did this). Once the page was deleted, it was fine. Thanks!

However, I have tried resetting the permalinks multiple times now and it doesn’t fix the problem. I can still see posts being updated if posted through the dashboard, and you can read those – you just don’t see the forums..
