In reply to: The Most Customized Version Of BbPress Ever.
That looks really modern. But slightly Windows-like.
I think the structure can be improved, because I don´t easily understand what is questions and not. But keep the effects and stuff.
After a second look, I would remove the “Latest Discussed Questions” because it just splits up the content you know. It clutters what is organized.
The font and placement for Question Categories should be more incorporated into the tables, because it´s a bit hard to spot. Make it really pop.
And I don´t understand “Main Theme”… what is that about? Perhaps that should say categories, or “Type of question?”.
Thats why Akismet sucks for BBpress. And thank you for documenting this once again. Some people in here need to hear this.
Stop using it. Simple as that. It´s not made for a forum. It´s made for blogs.

In reply to: How can I see members IP adress?Yeah but I like all my registered members to be real. I take this very seriously, so I can know for sure exactly how many humans have involved themselves in my community.

In reply to: How can I see members IP adress?Ben L. I already use your Honey Pot. But I also use StopForumSpam, which has its own database of spammers. And they require IP to search, and will not accept additions to their database, solely on username and email.
So I need these users IP adress.
And Ben, your plugin is great. But I wish you made some way for me to scan my entire userlist for spam accounts. That´s the only way I will check already registered silent users. I just have too many users to do this one by one.
Should be like this:
1. Scan registered users list for spam accounts?
2. Ok
3. Scanning complete, found five spam accounts.
5. Would you like to see these users statistics in Project Honeypots database?
6. Would you like to delete these accounts? Or select manually which ones to delete?

In reply to: How can I see members IP adress? How do I do this query?
And even though your statement might be supported technically, it´s not true in my case.
Some adult members on my forum have never posted anything, but read it every day. They just want to have an account. I know this because I communicate with some of them on email.
Sometimes they decide to post. I had a user who made his first post just recently – after one and half years of being a member.

In reply to: So….Whats happening with bbpress?I think your number one priority should be your already established userbase. Of people who are passionaty about BBpress already, and want to get in on the newest version.
So you should make it possible in pretty much all ways possible, to carry on a preexisting installation into to the new plugin version.
That would give the product its best possible start.

In reply to: So….Whats happening with bbpress? My BBPress installation is in a different database than wordpress. Will it still work?
I had to do this because integration was a mess. So I simply made a whole new database.
Will it not work then?

In reply to: bb Mystique Theme v1.0I certainly could use a sidebar in my BBPress. If I was able to install WordPress widgets in it.
So without all this, it´s mostly the header thats new..?
