I tried disabling it in a different theme and plugin, but nothing changed. However, when I disabled this plugin, the sidebar was displayed. So I thought there was a problem with this plugin, and contacted them.
Is it not possible to solve the problem? Is there no other option but to use another plugin?

A sidebar like this link should be displayed, but for some reason it’s not showing up.
I am currently using method 2 and the sidebar is not displayed. Also, even if I used method 1, the sidebar was not displayed.
I’ve tried clearing the browser cache etc but still no change.
