In reply to: Forum menu items not showing after installation
Thank you David! Remapping the users fixed it on my end.
In reply to: See all posts from a userOk, we figured it out. The problem comes from the french version of bbPress. The latest version is over a year old and it’s based on an older version of bbPress, so it doesn’t show replies…
This puts us in a bit of a bind, but at least now we know what the problem is.
Btw clickmac, I noticed I couldn’t see the replies in the link you posted for your site, just a bunch of empty space. I had the same thing happen when I tested bbPress on a clean install of WordPress. My collegue had me try it with IE and there they were. So with Firefox you don’t see anything. For more info :
In reply to: See all posts from a userNo such luck,
Unfortunately, even on WP 3.5.1 and bbPress 2.2.4 we still can’t see a user’s replies, as you can see in this profile :
There doesn’t seem to be any particular options regarding replies either, so that’s not it. Our parent theme is Twenty Ten, could that have anything to do with it?
In reply to: See all posts from a userThanks,
We’re actually migrating all our sites to a new server and I’m told that the migrated version is already on 2.2.4 (just not the one that is online right now). We’ll be able to check the migrated version after Easter break, so I’ll be able see if that’s all there is to it on Tuesday.
Would be nice!
In reply to: See all posts from a userYour site must have something ours doesn’t, or the other way around.
I can get to
http://yoursite.com/FORUMBASE/users/USERNAME/Where I can see the user’s created topics (not the replies), but I get a “not found” message if I try to go to :
http://yoursite.com/FORUMBASE/users/USERNAME/replies
or
http://yoursite.com/FORUMBASE/users/USERNAME/topicsIn reply to: See all posts from a userNo, the front end would be fine. What did I miss? 🙂
