Never mind! I panicked! So sorry! After installing a backup, I tried installing the update again and it went swimmingly! All is well. Must have had a hiccup the first time. I have no idea what made it do that. Thank God for backups!

I just installed a backup and it fixed my site but something seems to be wrong with the install. At least on my website.
