Thanks Robin, I changed theme and saw that there was a .bbp-template-notice.error box that was hidden with CSS, thus hiding some problems with the post content (title length).
Problem solved.

No it is not posting.
What further actions can I take?
I managed to replicate the error locally. It looks like the role cannot post entirely. And I tried to post as Administrator/Keymaster, well not a chance either. Text was very basic, like “Hello”, but the page refreshes and does not write to the db.
I guess it might be some setting at Forum level? Please notice that the parent Forum is closed, white the child is open.
