Just a guess – check that the various AUTH_KEY, SECURE_AUTH_KEY, LOGGED_IN_KEY and NONCE_KEY definitions in wp-config match the corresponding BB_xxxx_KEY in bb-config.php
Actually, I am using WP 3. I’m fairly new to WP, so I got the MU and Mutli-Site mixed up.
