Can I pull from two different WP blogs into one bbPress Forum?
In reply to: Jack Hammer DiscussionsHey Trent, I can’t complain about free help.
While there are some things that would be nice to have, I’m fairly happy with the looks of things right now.
In reply to: Jack Hammer DiscussionsThat helped alot. Thanks. I decided right now it’s better not to have the search box. But I know where it is. Later, if I can figure it out, I’ll add it in.
I was able to do all the things you suggested and it looked much better. But I still could not get it all on one line when I am logged in.
In reply to: forums not being createdWhen I changed something in the config.php file to “false” from “slug” it fixed itself.
In reply to: forums not being createdOK, that fits with what i’m seeing. It looks like it’s trying to get to /profiles/JeffV or to /topics/etc or to /forum/theology but it can’t find it or something.
Thanks
In reply to: Problem at step 2 of installationI was doing that while you were writing that. I can’t say that I figured it out myself. I just tried several different things and the one you were writing is what worked.
Thanks again,
In reply to: Problem at step 2 of installationWell, I did a little fiddling around and I’ve been set up.
Thanks, chrishajer, for your helpful suggestions.
In reply to: Problem at step 2 of installationI think you’re right and that it is somewhere in the “integrating with WordPress” section. I tried to follow the example, but I didn’t know what I was doing or what what I did would do.
Thanks for your help.
