Same problem here. Everything else works fine, but the edit, split, merge links take the user to single_reply page. All plug-ins, are deactivated, and this still happens.

Note the screen title is, “Now editing ‘What to post in Radio Procedure'” but the topic’s original text did not carry over into the editing text box.
Where should I look to fix this?
