or the website had reject yr IP where u were from.
or the page u tried to surf had benn removed off from the website.
more,there was something wrong with yr broswer(FF/IE??others),then try to reset the settings in it ,at the same time,a security scan is needed for some hijack or dll errors in it,using the AVG Avast or the spywareremovaltoolkit as many people talked and used.
