I’ve got the same issue though a different line reference (Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/astrok/public_html/bb-includes/functions.bb-users.php on line 20) on both the main forum and the admin panel (under Settings -> Discussions). I’m sticking in a trac ticket myself, but I bet it’s the same issue.
