Yes I’m on shared hosting. No, there have been no updates. To my knowledge the host isn’t overloaded. I’ve had a good experience with them so far.
Is there anything I can do on my end? I literally only have 8 topics so far, so it’s not a big forum or anything. I can’t think why it’d take so long, even with inefficient queries.
Actually I figured it out. It was a conflict with another plugin. Disabling that plugin did the trick.
