I ran into a filter problem when trying to change it for just on the admin side but if you just want to change the whole language of the forum, you easily can – Install / Change bbPress to a different language

you are trying to have both the approaches altogether. either you can display forum inside your WordPress by deep integration or just select a theme which matches to your WordPress on a regular standalone install.

Right for the users who use it and best to give a good performing core for everyone’s need. Like if you don’t require something and its not in the core you gain some speed. If you need them, grab a plugin.

yes that can happen with links. It even happened with me once even when I am a 3yrs old member and has made numerous posts till now.
