    That .htaccess might be in root category?

    I create the .htaccess file with notepad? It means that I open a notepad and insert the “url rewriting rules” in that, and save it with name of .htaccess?

    That is exactly right. When using the permalink structure, bbPress will provide you the contents of what to put inside that file. Eventually I’m sure bbPress will make that file for you, but for now it’s a solid solution.

    i upload “.htaccess.txt” file into my root. but permalink don’t work!

    .htaccess is the file extension so just remove the .txt in the end of the file
