Links not working in posts

My issue is links in a post in one of my forums. I have deactivated and reactivated all of my plugins and that didn’t solve the issue. Prior I made a change in my permalinks which solved the issue, but now I can’t access the permalinks without upgrading my plan. I made this simple website for the swaps.(https://dunnellonfarmswap.com/forums/topic/links/). I read that internal and external links were good in a website. My internal links work perfectly but not my external links. I get a 404 page when I click on the links. Here is an example but it’s not the same as I originally put it. I don’t know why the link changes. The original link:

I don’t know why it changes or how to fix it.
