Hello,

I’d like all the posts and replies to be saved to a queue and dripped over a period of time.

Can this be achieved?

You can try any automation with plugins like
.. .org/plugins/automatorwp/
.. .org/plugins/uncanny-automator/

And if you know what a Cron is, there are also many tools specifically for WP.
