Installed, activated but not showing

I have recently installed bbPress to work on my WP site, also with integrated LearnDash LMS.

Installationin showing as installed and activated, but no forum options show in the left of my WP or LearnDash site admins.

Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?

do you see topics and replies in the dashboard

If so are you a keymaster – see dashboard>users and list users, you will see what bbpress roles everyone has. Only Keymasters get forums in the dashboard

Many thanks for your very prompt response! I am probably being extra thick here but are you referring to the WP or LearDash dashboard in your response?

Okay, so I am back already! I can see in the user list there are already two other users listed as keymasters for the forums. These have been set up by the web designers when they were working with the site. I have administrator status on the site, but when I try and change my status for the forums the drop down option does not offer me the option of keymaster. Any suggestions?

only keymasters can add other keymasters, so easiest is to get one of your designers to make you a keymaster
