Website shrunk on mobile

My website is showing at about 30% width on my mobile, on firefox it is OK but Chrome and Opera is not working, it works ok on an Ipad chrome.
When the page first loads it is OK but shrinks at the end of loading.
Any ideas please.

I have added

@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {
#new-topic-0.bbp-topic-form, .bbp-reply-form {
width: 80%;
}
}

back into to my style.css seems to have sorted it, but still leaves my reply to topic form over the edge of the screen on the mobile
