Users Unable To Register To Forum

Hi everyone,

I am currently running website sub4sub.site but users are currently unable to register to my forum when user register is says confirmation email sent, but i don’t receive any email. so i am not able to register account
How can i fix this please help me.

I have the same problem, tryed looking on other topics aswell, but still no answer, why is this still a problem after such long time? i need help aswell=/ i receive email that new user has been created, but the person that register does not receive any password or email.
