I get HTTP ERROR 500 when i visit forum root

    This is a issue on my clients website. When i visit the forum root, or the settings for the forum inside WP-Admin i only get a HTTP 500 error. Does anyone know what this can relate to, or have any questions that may help me getting this fixed? 🙂

    Can it be relaterd to my PHP version?

    try resetting permalinks

    dashboard>settings>permalinks

    and just click save

    then come back

    I tried your suggestion and switched back and fourth the permalinks settings, but to no sucess. Then i tried changing the PHP version from 7.1 to 7.0 and now it’s working…

    Does anyone know if BBPress simply don’t support 7.1?

    I believe version 2.6 will

    7.1 introduced some funny things, and screws up many plugins !
