Mark Forum / Topic if new post

Hello,
I searched over all the plugins, but I did not find what I need.
I want to show the compact forum-list on the sidebar and it would be great if the forums automatically marked if there is a new post in it.
Like:
– Cars
– Motorcycles – NEW
– Bikes – NEW
– Rollers
– Boats – NEW
Anybody can recommend any solution for this problem?
