bbPress is tested with wordpress default themes. It maybe a conflict – you need to check plugins and themes
It could be a theme or plugin issue
Plugins
Deactivate all but bbpress and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the error.
Themes
If plugins don’t pinpoint the problem, as a test switch to a default theme such as twentytwelve, and see if this fixes.
what’s weird is, if I remove the link from the page and tried to type it manually, the forum is displayed. But if I put that back into a page, the forums won’t showed anything again.
Are there any solutions yet?
can you post the exact code you’re putting into your page
I don’t modify any code.
I just put the link into a new page.
how did you put the link in – are you in visual or text mode? and what exactly did you put in?
What I did is adding ‘/forums’ at the end of my url into the page link.
Any solution to this?
As an additional info, I’m using Divi 2.0 theme
ok, pasting urls into a page won’t really do it
you can either enter
[bbp-forum-index]
or if you are using custom menu’s you can enter the url as a menu item
