Text Area not Visible

Whenever adding a post, the Text Area just below the Topic Title input section is not visible unless you click inside the input area. Is there a way to make this boundary line around this Text Area always visible? Even better, is there a way to add a title to this Text Area similar to the title for the Topic Title input section?

You can make a copy of bbPress’ templates and put theme in a subfolder bbpress in your theme and edit the templates to any style you wish 😉
