Image vanished after 3.5 update

Hi, since the 3.5 update i have lost an image on my wordpress/buddypress site. The site is http://www.releasethereal.com
Originally my logo would appear on the top left of my header, please see this support post on how i did it: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/link-header-to-homepage?replies=20
How can i get this image to display again?
