Tags/ page has disappeared

   My /tags/ page is returning a 404..

   This is working OK..

   http://www.copsandrobbers.net/messageboard/tags.php

   Is this correct behaviour? I'm sure tags/ used to return a list of all tags, or am I getting confused??

   In addition I can no longer merge tags as I get an error message.
