Simultaneous posts = wrong pages and posts count

   I recently setup a bbpress-based forum.
   There's a hot topic with 1500 posts and about 100 new daily posts.

   If two users will post simultaneously (same post_time and post_position in bb_posts table), the posts count is 1 less the real.

   When a new page is required, the pages number is one less (and new post unreachable) until a second new post is added.
   The post recount tool in Administration will not fix the problem: I have to manually edit the bb_topics table
