How can grant permisson to admin users, for example “user1″ can only edit and hide topics in “section1″

I’m afraid, to the best of my knowledge, that can’t be done with BBpress as this time.

There used to be a plugin that supported this:

But it was never updated from the version supporting bbPress 0.74…
