   The one theme for this blog kinda doesn't work for me...check this out.

   Make sure that you insert all the files from the folder into your /my-templates/ file. The answer that makes most sense to me is that you are missing a few of your files. Let me know if that makes any difference. It's late here, so I may be making things up.

   Hey Bbolman,

   I think I got all the files inside that directory...I've installed a few other templates with no problem, it's this one that's acting like this.

   Maybe I downloaded a file with missing elements?

    Hi, I tried again. This time I uploaded the team inside bb-templates - and it works just fine.
    Why am I supposed to put themes in folder named "my-templates"?

    I was wondering the same thing Steepstone. I uploaded a template to my-templates and it would not install properly. Then I loaded it to bb-templates and worked like a charm. Anyone have any ideas what the purpose of the my-templates folder is for?

    my-templates is where you put any templates that you add. Chances are the permissions are 750 instead of 755. They were being created with the wrong permissions for a while but that issue is fixed in trunk now. Check the permissions with a shell or FTP program and make the directory permissions 755 and it will work.

    Huh. Who runs that bbpressthemes.net ?

    DO NOT INSTALL THEMES FROM THAT SITE

    THEY ARE ALL INFECTED WITH A SPAM LINK (in header.php)

    They copied all my carefully collected (and slightly modified) themes from bbShowcase, edited them all and are presenting it like they did all the work.

    Good idea. All the themes on there appear to have the spam links including the ones that I worked on. This is the whois on that domain:

    Hi Chris! Finally have another project that will use bbPress pretty extensive in the works so I should be stopping by "way" more often ;)
